What if I have to cancel my appointment?

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you are not home for your scheduled appointment, no show fee may be applied for the lost appointment.

Do I have to be home while you groom my pooch?

We prefer that you be home during the service. Once we have developed a relationship, we can make some arrangements to care for your pooch in your absence.

Do you need to use my water or electricity?

No. The Pooch Spa is a fully self-contained unit on wheels. The unit has a water heater, fresh-water tanks and grey-water tanks. The salon runs on generator power while at your home.

Do you offer a discount for multiple pooches?

No. Since we do not charge travel fee or house call fee, we are unable to offer discounts for multiple pooches.

Is there a house call fee or travel fee?

There is no house call fee or travel fee for our regular service area. Convenience, individualized attention, hand fluff drying (no cage drying), professional styling and product quality are part of our specialized service.

How much do you charge for nail trimming?

Sorry. We do not charge by each service item such as nail trimming and ear cleaning. We have only Full Grooming Service that is performed for your pooch's well being (please also see Prices).

How long does it take?

March 15, 2018

Usually about an hour to two hours, depending on age, size, coat condition, temperament and the type of haircut. We provide extra time and care to groom your pooches that have sensitivities, pre-existing medical conditions or other special needs.
